The conference titled “The Decisions of the Constitutional Court on the Turkish Civil Code” organized by Ibn Haldun University School of Law was held on 24 March 2025 at Ibn Haldun University Campus with the participation of Prof. Ömer Çınar, Member of the Constitutional Court.
During the conference, general information about the functioning of the Constitutional Court, judicial processes and the individual application mechanism was explained. The significant decisions of the Court regarding the Turkish Civil Code were discussed by Prof. Ömer Çınar and these decisions were evaluated in their legal dimensions.
At the end of the event, the participants had the opportunity to ask questions to Prof. Ömer Çınar, Member of the Constitutional Court, about the decisions and practices of the Constitutional Court and to get more comprehensive information on the subject.
