On Thursday, May 22, 2025, the Faculty of Law organized a workshop titled “Codes of Justice: New Projects in Law with Artificial Intelligence,” held in the Faculty Meeting Hall (YBF Z-17) and moderated by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ömer Faruk Erol and Research Assistant Muhammet Talha Kaan. The workshop aimed to share the innovative projects developed by our students with the public and focused on the potential applications of artificial intelligence in the field of law. Presentations covered a range of topics, from mock trial preparation assistants and administrative law question generation systems to data-driven analyses of Turkish legal regulations and comparative evaluations of the legal performance of various AI models.
In addition to academic and administrative staff, many students attended the workshop, where the contributions of new technologies to the legal field were comprehensively discussed. Participants followed the student projects with great interest, and the presentations received considerable appreciation.
