The second issue of Ibn Haldun University Law Review is out. The journal includes six research articles addressing various issues in the fields of private and public law, as well as a translation text. The journal, which is the first faculty journal of our University, conveys the in-depth knowledge and experience of experts through scientific articles written by leading academics and distinguished researches embellished with examples from practice.
Cemal Fazıl Karakaş, Ahmet Cahit İyilikli, Fatih Güler, Qisar Nasrat, Gülnihal Ahter Yakacak, Melike Kaya Kaharanlı and Tekincan Akif Karaaslan have contributed to the journal with their valuable articles, and there is also a Patrizia Tulini article translated by Tuba Zeycan Nalbant.
