Dean of the Faculty of Law Prof. Ömer Çınar, Assistant Deans Dr. Ömer Faruk Erol and Dr. Ali Demirbaş visited the National Aviation Academy in Baku, the capital of Azerbaijan, on 17-18 January 2024. Founded on June 15, 1922, the Azerbaijan National Aviation Academy operates under Azerbaijan Airlines and includes departments such as Pilotage, Space Technology Engineering and Device Construction Engineering under its roof.
Prof. Aykhan Rustamzadeh, Dean of the Faculty of Economics and Law of the Azerbaijan National Aviation Academy, Galib Suleymanov, Vice Dean and Sahil Huseynov, Head of the Law Department, gave detailed information about the faculty and exchanged experiences with the representatives of our University.

Our faculty members of the Faculty of Law met with the administrators and faculty members of the Departments of Language and Social Sciences, Economics and Management, and received information about the infrastructure of the National Aviation Academy, as well as the court simulation room, Pilot Training Center, laboratories and courses, academic education and research.
At the cooperation meeting between Ibn Haldun University and the National Aviation Academy of Azerbaijan, preliminary agreements were reached by discussing project studies on the law of unmanned aerial vehicles (drones), student and faculty exchange at undergraduate and graduate level, and double diploma issues.
