Tunahan Soylu, Bünyamin Türkmen and Hüseyin Yağızhan Kol, 4th year students of Ibn Haldun University Faculty of Law, participated in the "13. Leiden - Sarin International Air Law Moot Court" competition. The Moot Court competition was held online due to the pandemic.
Leiden - Sarin International Air Law Moot Court, one of the most prestigious moot court competitions in the world, was held with the participation of 47 different teams.
The Ibn Haldun University Team, which is the only team representing our country, passed the written stage as a result of intense efforts and qualified to compete in the oral stage.
The Ibn Haldun University Team, which was a semi-finalist in the oral stage of the Moot Court competition, competed in two separate sessions as the defendant and the plaintiff, and was included in the last 16 teams.
On April 20, 2022, the first day of the competition, Tunahan Soylu and Bünyamin Türkmen represented our University against Singapore Management University as a respondent. On the second day of the competition, Hüseyin Yağızhan Kol and Bünyamin Türkmen, as plaintiffs, met with the Republic of Korea Aerospace University.
