In the symposium held in Ankara on 16-17 June with the participation of representatives of the Ministry of Labour and Social Security and the Ministry of Justice, the president and members of the 9th Civil Chamber of the Court of Cassation, judges of the regional courts of appeal, academics, and representatives of employee and employer unions, the decisions of the labour law departments of the regional courts of appeal for 2022 were evaluated and discussed.
The symposium, which has become traditional by being held for the second time this year, is of great importance as it is the first and only example where the decisions of the Regional Courts of Appeal are evaluated.
