Dr. Erdem İzzet KÜLÇÜR, faculty member at the department of Criminal and Criminal Procedure Law at Ibn Haldun University, was elected as local consultancy expert for the Council of Europe Project “Improving International Judicial Cooperation in Criminal Matters in Turkey” to serve for the subjects of “legislative and institutional framework for international judicial cooperation” and “capacity building on international judicial cooperation in criminal matters” between 28.09.2021 and 09.12.2023.
