On September 18, 2024, our university had the pleasure of hosting students from one of the city's leading and successful educational institutions, Istanbul Chamber of Commerce Marmara Anatolian Imam Hatip High School. This visit was organized to broaden the visions of young minds and offer them an opportunity to closely experience university life.
During the visit, under the guidance of our Corporate Communications Department, the students were provided with comprehensive information about the wide range of educational opportunities, advanced technological infrastructure, and rich social and cultural activities offered by our university. The students also had the chance to explore various facilities, from the student center to the library, sports facilities, and student living areas. This visit allowed them to gain firsthand insight into the university environment and academic life.
One of the most notable moments of the visit was the seminar titled “Legal Education in Türkiye,” presented by our Dean of Students and Faculty of Law member, Dr. Mustafa Oğuz Tuna. He provided a broad spectrum of information, from the history of legal education in Türkiye to its current dynamics, offering the students valuable guidance on how to build a career in law. The students actively participated in the seminar by asking questions and engaging with topics of interest.
Events like this once again demonstrate that our university not only serves as an academic institution but also acts as a bridge, guiding young individuals on their career journeys. The students from Istanbul Chamber of Commerce Marmara Anatolian Imam Hatip High School had the opportunity to gain in-depth knowledge about our University and Faculty of Law while being inspired for their future educational and career plans.
