The final report of our TUBITAK 3005 project numbered 123K011 and titled “Evaluation of the Results Regarding Chapter 6 (Company Law) in the Progress Reports of the EU Acquis Harmonization Process”, which we are conducting as the Faculty of Law, was discussed at the meeting of the TUBITAK Executive Board dated 29.08.2024 and numbered 237 and it was decided to accept the relevant report. With the acceptance of the final report, the project was successfully completed.
