One of the faculty members of our faculty, Res. See. Gülnihal Ahter Yakacak attended the Anti-Discrimination Advisory Committee meeting organized by the Human Rights and Equality Institution of Turkey (TİHEK). Representatives from non-governmental organizations, trade unions, media organizations, public institutions and universities attended the meeting, which was held for the first time by TİHEK on October 22, 2018 at The Ankara Hotel.

In the meeting, which continued throughout the day, the importance of combating discrimination and the areas in which people are most exposed to discrimination were emphasized. In addition, at the meeting, problems and solutions on the issues related to the prohibition of discrimination were discussed and information and views were exchanged.
