Prof. Dr. Yeliz Bozkurt Gümrükçüoğlu, member of İbn Haldun University Faculty of Law, delivered a detailed presentation on the legal implications of workplace mobbing within the framework of labor law and recent judicial decisions at the training session titled "Mobbing and Its Legal Consequences", organized by the Istanbul Chamber of Commerce on January 14, 2025.
The training session, held at the ITO Assembly Hall, was designed to define mobbing behaviors, evaluate the legal consequences of mobbing practices in light of recent judicial rulings, and address participants' questions. It was conducted with contributions from expert trainers in the field.
