‘‘Current Affairs of Commercial Law in the 10th years of Turkish Commercial Code no.6102’’ Symposium carried out with collaboration of Turkey Justice Academy and Ankara Hacı Bayram Veli University on 12-13 May 2022 in Ankara.
Symposium programme started with the participation of 25th Speaker of the Grand National Assembly Cemil Çiçek and with the opening ceremony speeches of Justice Minister Assistant Zekeriya Birkan, Ankara Hacı Bayram Veli University Rector Prof. Dr. Yusuf Tekin, Turkey Justice Academy Head Muhittin Özdemir, Ankara Hacı Bayram Veli University Dean Prof. Dr. İlhan Üzülmez.
Prof. Dr. Şükrü Yıldız gave a speech on the issue of ‘‘Problems of Selection of Independent Auditors in Joint Stock Companies’’.
