A symposium on "Personal Data and Legal Updates" will be organized by the School of Law at Ibn Haldun University, in collaboration with the Personal Data Protection Authority (KVKK) and with contributions from the Istanbul Bar Association No. 2 and the Turkey Law Platform. The symposium will begin with opening speeches at 10:00 AM on Monday, April 7, 2025, in the Media and Event Center Event Hall and will be held in two sessions. The opening speeches will be delivered by the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Türkiye, Yılmaz Tunç, our President Prof. Atilla Arkan, the President of the Istanbul Bar Association No. 2, Lawyer Yasin Şamlı, and the President of KVKK, Prof. Faruk Bilir.
