Ibn Haldun University’s School of Law and the Dispute Resolution Application and Research Center will host an online session titled “Evaluations on the Draft of the New Enforcement and Bankruptcy Law (Compulsory Enforcement Law)” on Tuesday, October 7, at 14:00 (YouTube: ihuucam). The session will be moderated by Prof. Ali Yeşilırmak, faculty member at Ibn Haldun University School of Law, and will feature presentations by Prof. Oğuz Atalay from Istanbul Aydın University School of Law and Prof. Muhammet Özekes from Dokuz Eylül University School of Law.
