Asst. Prof. Dursun Saat is member of Faculty of Law at Anadolu University. He graduated from Kadir Has University Faculty of Law in 2012. Asst. Prof. Dursun Saat completed his master’s degree at Marmara University Institute of Social Sciences in the field of Private Law in 2015 with his thesis titled "Risk on Machinery Insurance Law" and his PhD in 2020 with his thesis titled "Sale of a Significant Amount of Company Assets in a Joint Stock Company ". 

Asst. Prof. Dursun Saat has been teaching part-time at Ibn Haldun University since 2018.
