Short Biography

Dr. Ozan Tok is an Assistant Professor at Sakarya University. He obtained his LLB from Galatasaray University, followed by an LLM and a PhD from Marmara University. Dr. Tok has authored several books, including "The Structure and Function of The Court of Cassation in Turkish and French law" and "Execution and Bankruptcy Law." He has also contributed articles and book chapters on various legal topics, such as "Assessments Upon Cassation Advocacy in French and German Law." His research focuses on civil procedure, execution, bankruptcy law, and related areas, making significant contributions to the field of law.

He has also written on topics such as prime facia evidence in civil procedure law, the legal basis of the authority of the criminal res judicata in civil law, and the restriction of prescription plea in accordance with abuse of rights prohibition.
