Associate Professor Muhammed Demirel is a member of Public Law at İstanbul University Faculty of Law. He graduated from İstanbul University Faculty of Law in 2009. Associate Professor Muhammed completed his master’s degree at İstanbul University Institute of Social Sciences in the field of Public Law in 2012 with his thesis titled " The effect of enforcement of superior order on the criminal liability” and his PhD in 2017 with his thesis titled " The accessory principle at participation in criminal law ". He became Associate Professor in 2022. His Associate Professorship Thesis is titled "Criminal Liability for Negligent Offences". He has published many books and articles on Criminal and Criminal Procedure Law. 

Associate Professor Muhammed has been teaching part-time at Ibn Haldun University since 2023.
